Project Management

Each team is led by a project manager, who chooses and coordinates the translators based on the languages needed and the technical content in the documents for translation. The project manager communicates directly with the translators as well as with the client and the client’s project team, establishing checkpoints with the client if necessary, keeping them posted on the progress of the project and forwarding questions regarding terminology or stylistic choices. The PM also coordinates the translation, revision and spell-checking of documents before final delivery to the client.
