English translation:

As the attempt to come to an amicable agreement undertaken pursuant to filing the expert inquiry report did not succeed, the respondents were obliged to summon the helicopter manufacturer and seller to appear before the Commercial Court of Paris in order to obtain remedy for their prejudices, by deeds served on XXXX.

In a decision delivered on XXXX , the Court only partly allowed these applications, ordering the Company XXXX to pay the respondents the overall amount of EUR 46 876.48; dismissing the latter from their applications against the Company XXXX and ordering them to pay EUR 2 000 on the grounds of Article 700 of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
All the provisions stipulated in the said decision should be set aside, except in that it was acknowledged that a fault did indeed exist, incumbent on XXXX.
Ruling anew, the Court found that the Companies XXXX and XXXX held full liability and ordered the latter to joint and severally compensate the respondents for the entire prejudice suffered by these parties.
